On behalf of its Board of Directors and members, Bayview Credit Union is currently inviting qualified applicants, to apply for the key position of Chief Executive Officer. Located in Saint John and reporting to the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will be charged with full operational responsibilities and accountabilities as well as providing strategic and practical leadership to the board, members and employees within a multi-disciplined, multi branch network. As a seasoned professional, and as part of our strategic growth and commitment to provide ongoing operational and execution excellence, you must possess significant practical and strategic experience leading in a complex culture, as well as sound expertise and proven success and stewardship in ensuring full compliance with the policies, procedures and direction as approved by the board and all regulatory requirements as required by the Credit Union.

Minimum qualifications to be considered for this professional opportunity are a degree in business or another relevant discipline, complemented with ten or more years of significant and comprehensive experience at a Senior Executive level. Ideally, five or more years of the experience would have been within a Credit Union or other financial institution.
