Chief Operating Officer

OMISTA Credit Union has an opening for a full-time Chief Operating Officer in Moncton, NB. Reporting to the CEO, the COO will provide strategic leadership in the following areas:

  • Branch Operations
  • Policy Setting/Monitoring
  • Process Management
  • Facilities Management
  • Product Release
  • Business Continuity Planning
  • Governance Committee Resource

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Business Administration
  • Minimum of 5 years’ related experience
  • Experience within the financial services industry is an asset
  • Demonstrated decision making skills
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior organization and time management skills
  • Solid problem-solving skills
