Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Commercial Administrator assists with the processing of loan applications and related loan documentation; opens new business accounts; performs Equifax reporting and direct credit checks; performs searches as required under, PPSA, Corporate Registry and property taxes and MIC balances; follows-up on any outstanding credit approval conditions and documentation; completes bank confirmations and credit references as required; maintains loan files, clean up paid loan files, satisfies discharges as required; maintains all endorsed loan documentation in central filing system; prepares releases of security on paid out loans; assists with annual reviews by requesting the required information from customers; inputs financial statement information into applicable software and does annual preparation; completes/checks reports regarding account changes, maturities, LOC expiries and follows-up appropriately; and responds to member inquiries regarding business banking services.
