Reporting to the Vice-President, Corporate Services, the IT Administrator is responsible for the desktop support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure including PCs, printers, network, storage, servers, VOIP telephones and other devices. This position supports all internal aspects of the organization by providing and maintaining technology to better facilitate member service.
As the successful candidate, you possess proven customer service skills with a strong ability to solve problems and troubleshoot both on-site and remotely. You enjoy the challenge of solving problems and providing IT solutions to a diverse group of end users. Your ability to positively interact with staff members while resolving their technology problems sets you apart from other IT professionals. You have an understanding of Windows 7 & 8 and have previous experience working in a Windows Server environment.
- Relevant diploma or accredited training.
- Two to five years of Windows troubleshooting experience.
- A proven track record of strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Proven time management skills.
