OMISTA Credit Union has an opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative in Fredericton, NB. Reporting to the CSR Supervisor, Customer Service Representative provides customers with a variety of services related to the promotion and sales of cash and non-cash related deposit products and services with courtesy and accuracy; responds to customer and potential customer inquiries, analyze needs and assist current and potential customers to utilize the products or services, which best meets those needs; cross-sells all credit union products; solicits new customers; and fosters business development through service excellence and product knowledge.
