Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) Supervisor will supervise, motivate and coach CSRs. They will organize, schedule and monitor activities to promote the efficient servicing of customer needs; monitor and maintain adequate branch cash supplies and ensure adherence to security procedures; within established limits, provide overrides and maintain department signing authority; balance and rectify variances; review daily reports to monitor audit trails; cross-sell all credit union products; solicit new customers; foster business development through service excellence and product knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS:
As the ideal candidate, you hold a diploma/degree with a minimum of two years of employment with a Credit Union or an equivalent combination of education and experience; previous supervisory experience will be considered an asset. You demonstrate strong leadership abilities, initiative and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate detailed credit union product and service knowledge, as well as success in meeting or exceeding performance objectives.
