Human Resources Manager

Provincial Credit Union Limited is a full-service financial institution with approximately $480 million in assets under management, more than 14,500 customers, 65 employees and 4 branches located in Charlottetown, North Rustico, Stratford, and Montague.

Reporting to the COO, the Human Resources Manager  is responsible for all of the HR activities including human resources planning, recruitment and retention, training and development, compensation and benefits, policy development and administration, performance management and employee relations.  Working with teams across all branches and offices, this individual will demonstrate the ability to establish credibility and trust while building strong working relationships at all levels of the business.   As a valued member of the leadership team, you will play a role in enhancing a culture of trust, accountability and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years related experienced along with a post secondary education in business and/or human resources administration, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate business acumen, a high degree of work ethic and results orientation.
