The Role

You will be responsible for assisting in the IT escalation support and maintenance of our credit unions. You should have a keen knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking and an awareness of emerging trends in cloud services and security. You must be well organized and personally accountable in prioritizing and executing tasks along with being customer service oriented. You have project management skills to organize and implement IT related products, which includes organizing meetings with vendors and customers. You must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

What We Do

League Data is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Atlantic Credit Union System, providing enterprise information technology services and support to 46 credit unions in 130 locations across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island. Our focus is to provide fully integrated technology solutions that deliver an exceptional credit union member experience while optimizing administration and operational costs.


To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Experience working with Local Area Networks (LANs);
  • Experience working with network and desktop security products;
  • Experience writing documentation and communications for clients;
  • Experience working with Active Directory;
  • Experience in project management;
  • Experience in troubleshooting and hardening desktop operating systems;
  • University degree or college diploma in IT technology or another relevant field (or equivalent experience).
