Sales and Service Manager, Provincial Credit Union, PEI

Provincial Credit Union Limited is a full-service financial institution with approximately $350 million in assets under management, more than 17,000 customers, 60 employees and 4 branches located in Charlottetown, North Rustico, Stratford, and Montague.

Provincial Credit Union Limited has an opening for a Sales and Service Manager.  This is a two-year term position.  The Sales and Service Manager will be responsible for the management, promotion, and administration of Credit Union sales and service program.  He/she actively coaches both Managers and staff through the Member First program with the specific focus of helping members reaches their full financial potential.  He/she actively assesses the staff member’s abilities in carrying out the sales and service program and provides coaching to allow them recognize investment and referral opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed post-secondary education (preferably in the area of commerce)
  • A minimum of five years experience in a financial institution
  • Demonstrated success in sales management within the financial industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a full range of knowledge of Microsoft Office products
