Who You Are:

Reporting to the Manager, Digital Member Experience, the Digital Banking Administrator provides administrative support to the digital banking process for Provincial Credit Union. Working closely with branch staff in various departments including retail and business services the position will assist by processing, managing and facilitating the DocuSign process for various member transactions and service requests. The position will also facilitate the administrative  functions related to the ASAPP account, investment and loan platform to ensure that member applications re distributed to branches in a timely manner to meet PCU Service Standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide Digital Banking Expertise to staff as they service member’s digital banking requests
  • Manage DocuSign process for staff in all locations to assist with member transactions for retail, business services
  • Proactively look for ways to solve digital banking challenges and improve digital banking processes, reporting etc.
  • Manage online deposit account applications received through ASAPP platform and forward to correct branch for follow up by staff
  • Adhere to credit union policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Maintain an enhances knowledge of credit union products and services
  • All other duties as assigned

What you have:

  • Two to three years of member service experience
  • Demonstrated experience and eagerness to provide superior service and support to both staff and members
  • Ability to work independently and as a team with strong time management skills
  • Knowledge of ASAPP platform, DocuSign and Citrix Sharefile processes along with proficiency in other applications

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to process information with high levels of accuracy.
  • Professional manner and poise, and sensitivity in dealing with confidential information and materials.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency required in Microsoft Suite and demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of credit union products and services

  • Salary range for this position: $44,197.06 – 51,996.55.
