Financial Services Officer
We seek a Full-Time Financial Services Officer (FSO) to join our Credit Department. The FSO supports Morell Credit Union’s vision of service excellence by developing valuable long-term relationships with members, pro-actively determining & fulfilling their retail credit needs and ensuring verification of secure documentation.
Through effective communication, building relationships and partnerships, and sales and service leadership, the successful candidate will develop, pursue and pro-actively manage assigned accounts, referral opportunities and walk-in business. The incumbent will provide wise financial advice, collect, and compile information, and you will grant loans to support members in reaching their financial goals.
The annual salary range for this permanent, full-time position is $39,822 to $56,888. The initial starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s experience.
Member Service Representative (MSR) (part-time)
We are currently looking for a member-focused individual to work approximately twenty hours per week with the ability, from time to time, to work additional hours to support vacation leave. The successful incumbent will use their excellent communication skills and knowledge of the credit union products and services to provide a high-quality over-the-counter member experience while responding to varied inquiries and performing various account transactions on behalf of the members.
The hourly salary range for this permanent, part-time position is $15.75 to $22.51. The initial hourly rate will be based on the successful candidate’s experience.
